Carson Rafuse was born and raised in the Annapolis Valley, right here in Nova Scotia. With strong ties to the real estate industry, it was always in the cards for him to transition into real estate sales.

After graduating from Mount Allison University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2022, Carson dove head first into the life and role of a REALTOR®. Between his strong business acumen and natural ability to connect with people, this business is where he’s meant to be.

Carson has explored much of what Nova Scotia has to offer and loves every part of the province. He takes pride in being from the East Coast and is eager to help others find their place within our province. With family connections to carpenters and contractors, he grew up around real estate and new construction. This helped grow his passion and appreciation for the industry.

Experienced with both buying and selling, Carson has built his business with the core ideals of building and fostering relationships. Carson is passionate about supporting the local community and ensuring he is an active member in the areas he lives and works within. This allows him to know the ins and outs of many of the regions across Nova Scotia and advise clients from a place of experience.
